Norfolk, VA artist Page is back with his new project Knowing Better. On the project, Page gives us a a rare kook into his world with 12 tracks straight from the heart. He covers a lot of different subjects throughout the such as the struggle and the treatment of women and kids in the community and he finds time in the project to touch on the lighter part of life too. The stand out tracks include the amazing intro to the project called “Venting”, where you find him spitting bars such as;
“Im from the city where even killers get shot,
And everybody is something or somebody they not,
they chill around you to learn you then try to come for spot,
and niggas be ego trippin and dey don’t even be hot!”.
Page finishes up the project with a very personal track called “Good Man” where he questions the streets he grew up in and gives us insight into his personal life with us son with such lines like;
“His mother is angry and jealous and I know she hates me a lot,
But I been there since the beginning and they will have to kill me to stop
Why you so mad when he mentions me why you lying just to get sympathy
Why you pretending you got a baby daddy struggle cause I never committed cause I couldn’t Love you
I break hearts guess I got to pay the price most women would be happy he got Father in his Life!! “
The project in a whole is a must listen but if you just want to get a feeling of who he is make sure you listen to “I Don’t Wanna Talk”, “Already Know” and “Cartoons’. Fresh off the heels of the latest release of his Pilot Talk series, Curren$y is scheduled to drop Even More Saturday Night Car Tunes on 4/20. The New Orleans spitter took to Instagram to announce the new project.
Spitta released Saturday Night Car Tunes in late August and put out More Saturday Night Car Tunes in October. The New Orleans rapper has been on his music grind lately, releasing Pilot Talk III, dropping a music video for “Sidewalk Show,” and featuring on a collaboration with Freddie Gibbs, aptly titled “Fetti,” for the upcoming Alchemist and Oh No produced album, Los Santos, which is scheduled to be released April 21st.

We haven’t heard much from T-Pain since he released the hit Up down in 2013. But the wait is finally over.
On March 27th he will be releasing Ganster Grillz: The Iron way mixtape, hosted by DJ Drama and Trendsetter Sense. The latest leaked single off the upcoming mixtape “Let your Hair down” featuring The Dream and Vantrease.
T-Pain managed to make his presence known at this years SXSW festival, by performing a 42 song set. He performed his catalog in its entirety and included hits like “Bartender,” “Chop and Screw,” as well as Kanye’s West hit “Good Life” on which he was featured.
