Earlier this year, Casey Veggies released the YG-featured lead single to his forthcoming album, Live & Grow. The record, which is as club and radio-ready as we’ve ever heard the young Inglewood rapper, who inked a deal with Sylvia Rhone‘s Epic Records imprint and Roc Nation Mgmt two years ago.
Today, the remix for the upbeat banger has dropped, featuring some of the biggest young names in Hip-Hop. Listen to it below.
Live & Grow, Veggies proper debut album, is expected out this year.

If you invited a bunch of Southern dudes to a party in the Hills on the West coast, you’d get “Nun But A Party.” DJ Scream presents the newest single off of Scotty ATL’s long anticipated Spaghetti Junction project. With a mellowed out electrifying beat from Childish Major (picture an electric eel after drinking some “green” tea), Scotty ATL rolls deep with Iamsu! and B.o.B. Although this track gives the feeling of an afterparty, it could be the illest afterparty you’ve ever been to.
Scotty also did a freestyle for DJBooth’s Freestyle Series. You can check that out HERE.
I don’t know about you, but the spirit of 2 Live Crew is alive and well. Whether you look at Danny Brown, Juicy J, or Sir Michael Rocks’ new single, the love of women is as strong as ever. It might not be as raw, but one of the Cool Kids is joined by Casey Veggies and IamSU! in a haunted mansion that fits the slightly eerie, Reno produced beat that nonetheless will have you involuntarily bussin. But before you get out of hand, be sure to watch the tutorial for bussin properly and safely below. SMR is coming back on to the scene with some Asian influenced fashion styles and his pretty boy swag (1:30) in his latest video and it’s different enough that it might start catching on with hypebeasts. It wouldn’t be the first time he helped start a trend (see: Cool Kids and vintage wear).
“Bussin” comes off of Sir Michael Rocks’ upcoming, long awaited BANCO project (7/29). It will have features from Too $hort, Mac Miller, Twista, Iamsu, Trinidad James, Casey Veggies, Robb Bank$, Pouya, and Chuck Inglish, as well as production from DJ Mustard. As Sir Michael Rocks prepares to drop his album, Banco this summer, he keeps momentum alive by releasing a new track.
The Ex-Cool Kid recruits Casey Veggies and IAmSU! for his latest drop, Bussin’. The track is perfect for the upcoming holiday weekend, and will turn up the crowd at any summer BBQ. Be on the lookout for the official video, where Rocks will introduce the dance that accompanies the track.
