Listen To Bodega Bamz’ “Bring Em Out” Ft. Flatbush Zombies & Watch His Short Film The Streets Owe Me

It’s hard to yell with the barrel in your mouth. Bodega Bamz is a sidewalk exec. The Flatbush Zombies are the beasts you fear at night. All facts. Since these guys have more bars than a mess hall, they decided to call out all of the fakers and liars on a V’Don beat. Although the production doesn’t exactly have the most adrenaline pumping feel to it, it does give you the impending feeling of a definite doom coming your way. But if you’re real, you have nothing to fear, right?

You can pre-order the album on iTunes and immediately get downloads of a few songs. You can also buy tickets to his album release party at SOB’s on 4/14.

Bodega also put out the full version of his “cult film,” which you can watch below.

Watch Bodega Bamz’ “Billy Bats” Video

Directed by: Guy Blelloch

If you didn’t know already, Bodega Bamz is going all in with his acting decision. He recently put out a trailer for his “cult film,” The Streets Owe Me, which you can see below. It appears that part of that story was used int his new video for the latest single off Bodega’s upcoming album through 100 Keep It and Duck Down. The V-Don production on this one sounds like M.O.P. would’ve rocked with it as Bodega spits some bully bars.

Bodega Bamz’ album, Sidewalk Exec, will be available April 14th. You can pre-order it on iTunes.

Listen To Electric Bodega’s “Lady Laura” Ft. Bodega Bamz

Laura Stylez has been getting a lot of attention sine she joined the morning show at Hot 97. And it seems like it will continue for a while. After Rosenberg and Ebro gave her her own section of the show to report on some news in Spanish, Electric Bodega was asked to remix Raulin Rosendo’s “Lady Laura” for the theme song. After the Staten Island duo finished that up, Bodega Bamz caught wind of it and wanted to pen some words of his own to New York’s lucky lady. The ball is in your court, Laura.

It was a free show, but people that were granted entry had to be tested prior to the event. KYSS (know your status stage) placed trucks in various locations around NYC, between the dates of June 2nd to June 19th. They even had the artist share it on their social media, which was a good way to encourage fans to get tested and be aware of their status.

Dj Zeke Thomas played some of the hottest tracks and mixes to get the crowd prepped and ready. It wasn’t too long after the scheduled time that Po Johnson arrived, she was the first performance and rocked the stage with her amazing voice and dancing.

Followed by Harlem native Bodega Bamz, whose last project was Strictly 4 My P.A.P.I.Z., but is set to release his Sunday Service EP that features other artist like Raekwon.

Flatbush Zombies sure know how to get a crowd going. As soon as they appeared on stage the crowd went wild, in the midst of a couple songs, wait for it…

Meech Crowd surfed and by the looks of it, you can tell this isn’t something random they do in their concerts because the fans were definitely thrilled with it.

And last but not least, A$AP Ferg brought the show to a close. Having the crowd chant his signature “Trap Lord”. Then performing a couple songs off his last mixtape along side with popular single “Hella Hoes”.

Raekwon, Bodega Bamz, & SpankJusBizness “Gamble” In New Song

Raekwon GambleThe much discussed Wu-Tang Clan member and resident chef, Raekwon took sometime off from contributing to the collective to prep for his new album, Fly International Luxurious Art, due out later this year. He decided to drop a brand new single, to keep fans’ ears ablaze while they anxious wait for the full project. “Gamble” has all of the components of an old school track that fits the Chef’s style so well. Scram Jones contributes a beautifully sampled soul beat, with head bopping percussion that allows the emcees to just go in. Raekwon recruits Bodega Bamz and SpankJusBizness to help him dismantle the production with ease; each providing over sixteen bars of lyrical goodness. Check out the song below.
