Why was Sandra Bland arrested for not using a traffic signal? Watch the Released dash-cam video and you be the judge
Texas Department of Public Safety has released the dash-cam footage that shows the moments before Sandra Bland‘s arrest are questionable.
The 52 minute clip above starts at 2:00 when Sandra is pulled over for not using a signal to change lanes as the cop approaches her from behind. Moments later Bland is being forced out of her vehicle at gunpoint for not putting out her cigarette at the officer’s request?
Although lengthy, the entire footage must be fully examined for a conclusion to be properly made regarding the arrest and death of Sandra Bland being ruled as a suicide. Why was she ever put under arrest in the first place and never read her rights? Watch the footage for yourself.
By now everyone has heard that longtime Denver Nugget, point guard Ty Lawson was traded to the Houston Rockets just a few days ago. This comes on the heels of his second DUI arrest this year. The 6-year NBA veteran has been a consistent contributor for the Nuggets during his career but now his off the court troubles are coming to the public spotlight. In a recent interview with Yahoo! Sports, Nuggets President Josh Kroenke shared an interesting perspective on Lawson, claiming that he has struggled with alcohol abuse, even showing up to practice reeking of booze.
There were times when he was better than others. But the problems have been there for several years, going back to when we were having a lot of on-court success. I don’t want to go back too far. There were just a lot of times where you were at practice and you just know. You could smell it.
Though the team was fully aware of his struggles, they made attempts to work with him through the process. But all of it came to ahead when he was arrested on his 2nd DUI in less than 6 months. That is when the team decided to part ways with him.
I love Ty and will always love Ty, but once I saw him going down this dark path, we knew that we probably were going to end up in a situation where we were dumping him. It creates a weird dynamic.
Lawson was dealt to Houston in exchange for Pablo Prigioni, Joey Dorsey, Nick Johnson, Kostas Papanikolaou and a future first-round pick. Houston’s John Lucas, who specializes in helping players with personal off-the-court issues will be aiding Lawson in his efforts to get back on the straight and narrow.

A little over a week ago, the news broke that Diddy had been arrested on the UCLA campus after an incident with strength & conditioning coach Sal Alosi. The altercation ensued after Alosi was berating Combs’ son and defensive back on the squad, Justin Combs. Of course, there were conflicting stories as to what actually took place, with Diddy’s reps stating that he was merely defending himself, while the University’s reps claim Puff threw a kettlebell at Alosi. Combs was arrested faced charges on assault on terroristic threats.
In the days that followed, Diddy was the subject of many memes and online conjecture but it appears as though this situation may be swept under the rug, adding it to a list of unsavory incidents that Puff has been resilient to. According to District attorney spokesman Ricardo Santiago, his office has decided to hand the case over to the Los Angeles city attorney’s office, meaning that Combs will skate on any serious felony charges. Normally the DA’s office handles serious felony offense, while the city court sees the misdemeanor infractions.
As always, Puff remains teflon.

Details emerge in Warren Sapp domestic violence arrest
NFL Hall Of Famer and former NFL Network analyst Warren Sapp has not been having the best offseason. The former all-pro defensive lineman was arrested earlier this year during Super Bowl weekend for soliciting two prostitutes. That particular incident led to him being canned by NFL Network. Things have not faired much better for Sapp. Earlier this week, it was revealed that he was arrested on charges of domestic violence after an incident with his girlfriend Chalyce Moore back on April 28th at the M Resort in Las Vegas.
Today, TMZ got a hold of the documents pertaining to the case and they are very egregious. According to the report, the couple began arguing pool side at the resort when Sapp allegedly threw a margarita in her face and then violently pulled her. The pair then hopped in Moore’s car and headed back to her condo. Moore was tired of the arguing and requested that Sapp get out of her vehicle when he apparently bite her middle finger.
Sapp later got out of the car and attempted to hitch a ride from passing motorists. After failed attempts, he got back into Moore’s car and they arrived at her condo. It is here that the report states that the argument continued while inside where the couple threw a belt back and forth at each other. Moore fell to the ground during the fracas and as she attempted to regain her footing, Sapp allegedly stomped on her head. To give a point of reference, Warren Sapp is 6’2″, 300 lbs and wears size 15 shoes.
A friend of Moore’s told police that she suffered multiple injuries including bruises on her lower lip, shoulders, legs, temple and and checkerboard imprint on her face, presumably from the Jordan sandal Sapp was wearing at the time. Sapp has been charged with 3 counts of battery in relation to domestic violence and if convicted on all counts will be looking at 18 months in prison. His court date is scheduled for July 23rd.
After being arrested for throwing a kettle-bellat a UCLA coach, Diddy has had a rough day on the internet
No one should be surprised that 50 Cent would jump into the comedy. 50 Cent has long clowned Diddy for various reasons on his Instagram account, especially dealing with his Ciroc, or as 50 calls it, Puffy Juice. Watch as 50 clowns Puff over the fight that took place just yesterday.
For those that know, Diddy is no slouch when it comes to speaking his mind, or throwing hands when necessary. (see. Drake, Steve Stoute). But today, it seems that a coach on the UCLA staff also found out. Diddy was apparently visiting the campus during an offseason training session for the football team, in which his son Justin Combs plays defensive back. According to TMZ, one of the coaches present was screaming at Justin intensely throughout the session as Puff watched from afar. After the conclusion, Diddy allegedly went to said coaches office and gave him a piece of his mind, grabbing his shirt in the process.
Diddy was later arrested for assault by UCLA police and is currently in custody at the campus jail. A source close to the mogul told TMZ that Diddy initially wanted to call the police himself but his phone was taken away from him.
Justin Combs, who is a redshirt junior for the team, has played defensive back for the past two seasons coming off the bench sparingly in reserve situations as well as playing on special teams. He has a total of 4 career sacks. We will surely keep you posted on this story as more develops.
