7 Players From The Kentucky Wildcats Basketball Team Declares For The NBA Draft

We are curious to know which of the 7 will be running through the 6 with Drake’s woes come June?! You know how that goes?!!

After falling just two games short to completing the perfect season, 7 of Kentucky’s top players have decided to enter into the next chapter of their lives. Wildcats head coach John Calipari and his basketball program have announced that Karl-Anthony Towns, Willie Cauley Stein, Devin Booker, Trey Lyles, Dakari Johnson, and the Harrison Twins (Andrew & Aaron) have declared for the 2015 NBA Draft.

In one of the deepest rosters in college basketball history, Coach Cal was able to accomplished his real goal and that is to groom these young proteges to potential NBA superstars for the long run.

Expect Karl-Anthony Towns to be the first one being drafted as a potential lottery pick thanks to his outstanding performance during the NCAA tournament. The Jersey native averaged 10 PPG, 7 RPG in which his 7″0 height span along with this tenacity on the defensive side have NBA scouts drooling to bring him to their franchise. As for Coach Cal, his next agenda is to show America why he is a hall of famer by displaying his excellent skill in recruiting the nation’s best to carry on Wildcat tradition. Good luck to the rest of the former Wildcats as they’re one step closer to achieving their lifelong dream and that is to suit up for a NBA team.
